WHO WE ARE
Meet the owners and creators of Mako Homes LLC.
Hi, we are Wayne and LeAnna Miller co-owners and the driving force behind Mako Homes LLC. Together we bring a combined 30+ years of construction and design experience to the Gulf Coast of Florida.
Wayne started building at the early age of 13 and is the mastermind behind the construction side. From the beginning, his focus has been on excellence in construction, customer relationships and quality practices. Our commitment to quality and integrity has allowed us to surround ourselves with a team of solid employees and respected trade partners who share the same high standards and values. Together as a team we build functional design into each project.
LeAnna is the creative visionary who will thoughtfully take your style and curate finishes that bring your whole space to life in a cohesive manner. When they’re not building quality structures, you can find the Millers traveling to unique destinations, fishing or soaking in a memorable sunset.
KEYS TO SUCCESS
Our 5-Step Process
As a full service provider of construction services, we are focused on delivering quality results while simplifying the design process as much as possible for our customers. Read our process outline for more details on what to expect from a Mako Homes LLC project.

This first step lays the foundation for the entire project. It is where we discuss your ideas and preferences, initial budget, timeline and the general scope of work. It is this step where we first get a glimpse into your project and the wheels start to turn on how best to individualize your construction plan.

After our initial meeting, we form a preliminary budget based on our discussion. At this point a design retainer is collected for necessary drawings.

Once the retainer is received, our team of professionals will take your concepts and transform them into the ideal design for your project. At this stage floor plan layouts and pricing are presented, detailed options and related costs are discussed, adjustments are made (as needed) and an agreement is selected on the final layout. You can also expect to make preliminary selections of materials and styles for your project and a construction retainer is collected.

In the planning stage, we review completed drawings and selections, timing and responsibilities (fixtures, lighting, appliances, etc.). Once planning is complete, creation begins. Your concepts truly begin to come to life at the hands of our qualified builders with our attentive presence every step of the way.

With focus and commitment to completing each project with the highest level of building services, our team completes your construction - perfecting each element to ensure quality and satisfaction. We actively work with you from design, to installation and final completion.
